How to fix your java environment variables
If your apktool or android sdk is not working properly, there is a problem on the java environment which must be modified to be able to share to other programs for them to work properly.
STEPS:

- look for advanced system settings when you right click on your computer icon on your desktop and select properties
- select on environment variables
- click on the path under system variables and insert the location path of your installed java in your pc
c:\program files (x86)\java\jre7\bin
- if you can not find the path under "system variable" sometimes there is a path also under "user variables for windows" and try to insert the location path of your java

HOW TO COPY JAVA LOCATION PATH
- locate first where you installed your java, for this sample I installed in a different drive from my computer which is from drive F:
- look for the bin folder and open
- point your mouse inside the box and right click to copy its location path
- you can now simply paste the location path by creating from environment variables a new CLASSPATH and PATH then paste the address that you copied.
- type in CLASSPATH and paste the address or location path
- after making the CLASSPATH create another one and name it as PATH and paste also the address, add also another path under system variables
